What insurance plans do you accept?
Currently we are going through the credentialing process and expect to take most insurances.
How do I make an appointment?
Please call (980) 326-0663. You will soon be able to make an appointment on line. In addition, you can send a message through the patient portal.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
- Your current insurance card and photo ID
- A list of your current medications (including doses) and vitamins/supplements
- Any recent medical records or lab results (if available)
How do I request a medication refill?
Please have your pharmacy send an electronic request for a refill. If that is unsuccessful you can send a request through the patient portal.
Do you accept walk in patients?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate walk in patients at this time.
